We love these luscious mounds of coconut. They are truly a mouthful of deliciosity.  Crispy morsels of flaked coconut on the outside give way to a moist and creamy interior.  We make them two ways: the unadulterated original coconut macaroon and dipped in a rich dark chocolate.  Sooooo good!
