Online Orders:

To place an order online you can do it directly from our website. Go to SHOP, chose whatever you like and follow the instructions to check out!!!

Phone Orders:

You can call our sale office from 9am to 6 pm every day Monday to Friday at +1 (718) 797-1513 to place your order.

Payment Methods:

We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Orders:

All orders placed Monday - Friday before 3pm EST will be shipped the same day or the latest the next business day. During the month of December deliveries will be sent within two business days. 

During the summer months, June to August, certain items may not be available for immediate shipping based on weather conditions.  We will advise customers via phone or email if this occurs.  

Ordered items will be shipped via UPS to the shipping address indicated.*

We deliver to Manhattan, south of 100th Street and to any location in Brooklyn. Deliveries to all other locations are sent via UPS.

Please Note:

UPS will deliver on “Regular Business Days-” Monday thru Friday. Saturday delivery is available upon request. Please see below for details. 

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday, or the next business day. 

UPS will NOT deliver to P.O. Box, APO or FPO addresses. 

If you have a preferred arrival date please indicate during checkout.

Shipping Methods:

UPS Ground: guaranteed overnight for most locations in NJ, DE, NY, CT, MA, VT, PA. (Ground shipping occurs Monday through Thursday to assure delivery by Friday. 2-day ground delivery orders must ship by Wednesday to ensure freshness.)

UPS 2-Day Air: guaranteed to arrive in two business days. (Shipping occurs Monday through Wednesday to assure delivery by Friday.)

UPS Next Day Air Saver: guaranteed overnight delivery by end of next business day. (Shipping occurs Monday through Thursday to assure delivery by Friday.)

UPS Next Day Air: for all those cookie cravings that just can’t wait, overnight delivery by early a.m.

• Please be sure that your addresses are correct. Amy’s Cookies cannot take responsibility for delays due to inclement weather conditions or incorrect/incomplete delivery information. 
• There will be a $10 surcharge billed per package, for each UPS address correction, or each returned package deemed undeliverable due to an invalid delivery address. A new package can be baked fresh and reshipped to the corrected address for an additional cost based on the selected item. Thank You!

Order Tracking:

After submitting an online order, you will shortly receive an email with the order number and all the details. If you do not receive this email confirmation within one hour, please contact us at +1(718)797-1513. As your order ships, you will receive a new email with the tracking number.
