Amy Berg taught to us exactly this.
Amy’s Cookies is a local traditional bakery located in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Operated from over 30 years by Amy Berg, an amazing pastries chef who created a genuine and high end cookies line. The extraordinary ingredients in all this production is the passion and love that everyday Amy put in her recipes and hard work: most of all because Amy is since young visually impaired.
At the age of 66 Amy recently sold her business to two Italian women, Rosy and Micol, who decided to keep Amy’s cookies tradition going, celebrating the strength and the resilience of this great human being.
Together Amy, Rosy and Micol decided to create “SEE WITH YOUR HEART”, which logo is a heart whit an eye in the center. It's a new line of cookies that hopefully is going to build a constant fundraising for The American Foundation for the Blind. Our mission is trying to share with the largest number of people the touching and inspirational story of Amy’s life, to give hope and motivation to everyone who is affected with disabilities.
